Is there a time limit?
No, because you study at your own pace and in your own time.
Can I get insurance?
Once you have completed your course you will be introduced to a UK insurance company in order to obtain Public Liability Insurance.
Is support available whilst I am studying?
Definitely! You will be given as much help as possible and we actively encourage students to email us with any questions or concerns.
What if I fail the course or one of the module question papers?
That is very unlikely to happen as we endeavour to monitor the progress of our students very carefully and therefore would hopefully ensure that sufficient help was available throughout. However is there was a need to redo assignment/question paper then we would give you the necessary help and there would be no extra costs incurred to redo the paper.
I haven’t studied or done exams for years so will I find it very difficult?
Hopefully you won’t find it too daunting because we have tried to structure the modules of the courses in such way so as to enable students to learn and understand the key elements without being overwhelmed by information. Remember help is always available!
What is the pass mark?
We look for a pass mark of 80% on question papers, assignments and the final examination paper.
Is there practical work involved?
All the therapies taught involve practical work and there are instructions and information on how to proceed with practical “hands on” in the modules. Students are encouraged to gain as much practise as they possibly can and each therapy diploma course requires the recording of a number of case studies. Most students find it useful to have a group of family and friends they can call upon to for case studies. You’ll probably find there is no shortage of willing volunteers! You can always arrange to have a practical tutorial if you felt that would be useful. Click here for more information or contact us.
What is on the diploma?
On completion of your course you will receive a diploma with the letters C.H.C. after your name followed by the therapy you have qualified in.
