TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The author of all the course materials holds the copyright for this material and it must not be reproduced in any way except with the permission of the holder of the copyright.
2. There is a 80% pass mark required for assignments and test papers, therefore any student failing to obtain the pass mark will be required to re-submit their work for re-assessment, without any additional charges.
3. The centre reserves to the right to increase its fees but this will not have any affect on students already enrolled on a course.
4. Students are able to cancel their agreement with the Cumbria Holistic Centre within 7 days of enrolment subject to any hard copy study material being returned intact.  No refunds can given after this period.
5. The centre will endeavour to return or respond via email, test/questions papers within 14 days of their receipt.
6. The centre reserves the right to makes any necessary changes to course material and to introduce additional courses.
7. Once enrolled on a course the student must claim full qualification or use the designated letters until they have completed the course to the required standard.
8. The completion of the enrolment forms constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. The Cumbria Holistic centre shall have no liability to any person for loss or damage whether directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the content of this website.
10. Any liability under any agreement between you the enrolled student and the Cumbria Holistic Centre shall be limited to the return of any sums paid by you the enrolled student.
11. It is the responsibility of students to obtain adequate insurance whilst studying with the Cumbria Holistic Centre and following completion of a course.  The Cumbria Holistic Centre cannot be held responsible for conduct or any malpractice on the part of the student whilst studying or after completion of a course.

 

Data Protection

All personal information provided by you is used exclusively by the Cumbria Holistic Centre to process your order and to reply to any email or enquiry.  It will not be given to any third party unless we have your permission to do so.   Any personal data that is processed via Paypal is through a secure server and should you cancel your order your personal information will be removed.
